Medical Practice Software Training

RecruiTrain provides comprehensive training in the leading medical practice management software including Pracsoft and Medical Director.

Training can be delivered onsite anywhere in Australia or remotely via personal computer. Class sizes are a maximum of 8 so each participant can have their own computer for hands on experience. This also means the trainer has the opportunity to answer all your questions.

Afternoon Session  

  • Processing payments after date of visit
  • Editing vouchers and reversing receipts and accounts
  • Removing a voucher from a batch
  • Medicare Online for DVA and Medicare
  • Using Medicare Online to forward immunisation details
  • Generating processing and payment reports
  • Resolving exceptions
  • Day sheets and other reports
  • Sending internal messages

Day-time, evening and week-end classes can be arranged, at times suited to you and your staff. RecruiTrain’s mobile computer lab allows classes to be held in any location around Australia. Simply nominate a time, place and the number of participants and RecruiTrain will take care of the rest!
