The DISC Personal Profile Assessment is a leading personal profile assessment which helps people understand themselves and the impact they have on others. Candidate Short Listing: All candidates are required to undergo our thorough short listing and recruitment methodology. Gold Candidate PlacementAll of our Gold Candidates are required to undertake the following steps to further ensure you get the right candidate. 3 Month Performance Review: At the end of the three month probationary period we conduct a detailed and thorough Performance Review and Appraisal of the candidate for the prospective employer to measure their performance to date. ACER Short Clerical test: The best selling Australian assessment tool which measures the speed and accuracy of checking verbal and numerical material and competence in completing basic calculations as required in routine positions. On the Job Validation Report: We place the medical receptionist or nurse in a large medical centre for one week and provide you with a detailed validation report regarding their performance.
