These are important terms and conditions. Please read them carefully

Enrolment Requirements: Bookings are only confirmed upon receipt of payment of course fee. The payment must be made three weeks prior to the course commencing.  A confirmation email/letter and tax invoice will be provided after full payment has been received by RecruiTrain. Please contact RecruiTrain if you do not receive this within 4 working days of payment.

Cancellations and Refunds:

Instructor lead learning: RecrtuiTrain will issue a full refund if notification of non attendance is given by you 14 full working days or more before the course date. If notification is received between 14 and 7 full working days before the course date a transfer is available to an alternative course date for a course of the same or less cost. No refund is provided is provided if notification of non-attendance is given by you 7 full working days or less before the course date. These terms apply irrespective of when a booking is created.

Transfers: Transfers between courses can be arranged if notification is received 14 full working says before the commencement of the course from which you wish to transfer. If less than 14 working days notice is provided the booking is forfeit and any new course booking will require payment of the relevant course fee in full.

Credits:  A training credit will be issued in cases where a course transfer is not possible, provide the request is made 14 full working days before the commencement of the course which can no longer be attended. If less than 14 full days notice is provided the booking is forfeit and any new course booking will require payment of the relevant course fee in full. Please note, this credit will be valid for a period of 12 months, during which it may be used towards the cost of another training course. If the credit is not used within 12 months it will expire.

Cancelation of course by RecruiTrain: RecruiTrain reserves the right to cancel in its sole discretion any particular course or event. In the event that a specific course is cancelled then participants enrolled in that course will be transferred to the next available course and notified by RecruiTrain of the change.  RecruiTrain assumes no responsibility for non-refundable airline tickets or other expenses incurred due to course cancellations. In the event that RecruiTrain cancels scheduled training and you do not wish to be transferred to another course, you will be provided with a full refund of fees upon request.
